Hi

I have downloaded Garritan IO from their website to my desktop on my PC. Then i extracted the files and installed the Aria Player and IO full installation..no issues. Opened the Aria Player (it downloaded 2 to my desktop, 1 says X64 the other does not) dropped my Garritan ID card for IO into the player and it says it is now activated. The problem is the Aria Player is just a black background and looks nothing like the Garritan IO player. Plus it only shows a grey box in the top right hand corner that says Ensemble. If i click on the loaded sound it gives me a drop down box and if i go to Instant Orchestra the only options i have available are combos & FX and Moods (no other instruments are available) Something is not right as the Aria Player looks nothing like the Instant Orchestra Player in the manual. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
