When I try to play back, the Midi option with the scrolling cursor won't work.  I can sometimes get it to play if I choose to playback with VST, but there is no cursor, and sometimes that doesn't work either.  Help!

What version of Finale are you using? What is your computer's Operating System?

If you are having problems with playback or video, this is critical information.

I am using Windows 7 and Finale Print Music 2011.

Sorry, not Windows 7, it's Windows 10.

Did you recently switch to Windows 10?

If so, you may want to use the "Submit a request" link at the top of the page to ask MM whether PM 2011 is compatible.

It wasn't recently, and my other computer that has Windows 8 with Finale Print Music 2011 sometimes has the same problem.  It's not consistent.

It won't respond to my requests, I'm assuming because I have 2011 and it's not supported.
