 In a score which has a 1st & 2d Ending Repeat, the elements of the repeat fail to show up in the nottom two staves. In the creation of the repeat, I specified "Show on All Staves" (not just the top stave). Sometimes I've had other elements (chord symbols) not show up when I've added staves halfway through the job, but all these staves were in the original template.

 

Any ideas?

FYI, clicking on the boxes changes nothing.

Check under Staff Attributes (Staff Tool) and make sure that Endings and Text Repeats are set to show. BTW, it's not common in a score to show all staves with repeats; usually just the top of each group (like with piano). It just adds to clutter and it's not necessary for the person reading the score. It's still possible to show repeats in all the parts, though.

That's it, but I'm curious about what would make those two staves not consistent with the other four. Your point about score clutter is well-taken, although my scores never employ a conductor. I just get nervous when something gets left off a stave.
