I cannot believe that you cannot print, or save as a PDF, the chord symbol or for that matter the expression or anything with a keyboard shortcut, to save as a cheat sheet.

Also constructing a chord is torture. The box is so small, I can hardly see it, You have to set each item font in a different window, this should all be in one window. And to move items around in this window is very tedious. It you be nice if you can see what the chord actually looks like on the page before closing the box, only to reopen it to make adjustments over and over. The box should at least be resizable.

We’ve been promised an overhaul of the chord setup for years. Still waiting.

In the meantime (don't hold your breath), as I wrote on the other forum, if you have installed RGP Lua, you really should check the script "Chord Kerner" (Michael McClennan). He has a Youtube channel and impressive videos. It is so much better for creating and editing chord suffixes. Mac only for the moment.

Michel Thank you so much for this. Really 1000% better then Finale's Chord tool.

It is hard to believe that MakeMusic is soooo lacking with this, and the Frame on the speed note entry.

By the way does anyone know the purpose of the lame frame when inputting notes with speedy note?

Please elaborate what you’re trying to do. If I’m understanding this request correctly, you can on a Mac — a bit convoluted and takes more than one step but is doable. Unless I’m misunderstanding what you want.
