for example I want to give the staff in the fa key slower and I can't because the other staff goes down automatically...
I think they have a link between them and I don't know how to change it

You would likely need to have each staff assigned to a different instance of your piano (different MIDI channel) in Score Manager.

Is this a choral piece? It appears that you have used ties where you should have used slurs. Also, it's generally the practice to use layers one and two in both staves, and only use 3 and 4 in special cases (piano, etc.)

I have only one staff, I don't see staff 1 and staff 2
Did I do something wrong?
I didn't know that only layer 1 and layer 2 are used, I got used to using all 4 layers. 
layer 1 - soprano
layer 2 - alto
layer 3 - tenor 
layer 4 - bass

Click the Customize View button and add the Name column, which has somehow disappeared from your Score Manager grid.

Click the little arrow/wedge at the left of the name column (which probably reads "Group 1") to reveal the rows for the individual staves.
