Can I open Finale files made with a PC in a Mac?

Yes.

 

If you are using 3rd party VIs and plug-ins, they may not be compatible.

The file extension is musx for both. That is the key. However you may encounter some older versions of Finale that can not open musx files no matter whether they were from a Mac or PC.
