To Whom It May Concern:

I have been importing midi files with Finale since 2008.  Usually I have been getting scores like the file Georgia on my mind, but recently things have been going very, very wrong.  For example I tried to import Smile, and the original score is in F but it imports into C and the entire result is a mess.  I am currently using Finale 2014 because the later versions just do not work.  In fact, I would like a refund on the later versions that I have purchased, because I cannot use them.
