Currently, if one needs to playback a quartertone, one has to do the following: select the note, place -341 pitch bend before, and 0 pitch bend right after the note to have final playback quartertones. I would like to see the

1. when an interval is of quartertone type, permitting the VST sample library, place the quartertone. 

Dorico already does this and it's much younger than Finale.
