Hi I'm wondering if anyone is has had this problem.  I've been using Finale for literally years and this has not happened to me before so I'm assuming it's a bug.  I use "Tap" in Hyperscribe and I've always been able to..you know..tap the note I want to use to keep time and play in music.  Well, now out of nowhere, it accepts the note I choose to Tap and starts NOTATING IT as part of the music.  ha ha...beyond frustrating.  Also sometimes when you hit the note you want to tap, it pushes you to "other."  again, set up always the same as before, all constants involved, just stopped working. Any ideas?

Also, problem with music layout..now back in the day there were always bad bugs in terms of layout where you had to be creative and fight against them but I thought it had been corrected.  Now, after I enter all my music in scroll mode, and go back into page view, it's a mess...music over in the margins, on the ceiling, (I think I found notes out in my shed :)).  If I try to apply Beat, Note, or time spacing, it sort of works but then the lyrics become crowded and illegible.  

Anyone have any suggestions?  Is this an uninstall/reinstall kind of thing?  Help!!! So many projects due . ha ha.
