Hello,

I have exported midi and tempo map into my DAW (Digital Performer X) and all is fine. But liking the low strings from NotePerformer, I chose to export the string section audio files (AIFF) into the same Performer document. I had thought since all instruments followed the same tempo map, then the audio tracks would be in perfect sync with the imported midi tracks. Well they are, kinda. It seems that the audio tracks, once dragged into DP's tracks window from the Soundbites folder (which is where the imported audio from Finale is stores), the audio tracks begin 1 bar later than they're supposed to. Yes, I have deleted the first bar and dragged the audio files to the beginning of the sequence and now all midi and audio is synchronized. But I am missing something? It would be nice to not have that one bar differential.

You are lucky. Frequently Human Playback affects instruments slightly differently when they are exported separately. There are ways to alleviate this: perhaps when using NotePerformer, its tempo routines take over from HP and the same difficulty does not exist.

Glad you got the DP file working as you wished.
