Kontakt 7 is working fine for me as you can see in the attached screen shot.

At the risk of asking the obvious, does the library you are using require the full version of Kontakt?

This just occurred to me. With Kontakt, Komplete and their updates, I find that they often do not load properly unless you shut down and reboot after installing. A simple reboot won't do. There are other libraries and plug-ins that might exhibit this behavior but with Kontakt and Komplete, I can count on it.

I am running Ventura 13.4.1(c) on my iMac Pro. If you've not run the latest security update, do so. It fixed a few issues I was having with SampleTank—don't know if it affected Kontakt.

Hi John,

Kontakt 7.6.1 has been causing a lot of grief. Although NI has been suggesting reverting to 7.6 (I have the link if you need) but they released Kontakt 7.7 yesterday to address these issues. I would certainly try updating to that first. Again, shut down and reboot before restarting Finale. I tried it this morning after reading your post and it's loading fine for me.

What macOS?

I'm using an Intel MacBook with MacOS 12.7.1. I will try one more reinstall and reboot (I have Kontakt 7.7) before reverting.
