Technically, Sonoma is not here yet. The public release scheduled for September 26, 2023.

MakeMusic has not made the announcement that I have seen; they almost never comment on beta-ware.

I no longer participate in Apple's beta program so I don't know. It will likely be early October before I take the plunge depending on what I here about the other bread-and-butter apps I use.

I've been using F27.3 on Sonoma and it has not been an issue. Same bugs as on Ventura and earlier, but nothing new that I've found. But you should definitely wait until MM weighs in. None of my apps, including Reason 12, seem to have any issues. I'm on a 2018 MBP that is certainly in need of a replacement, and the lack of updated Apple Silicon-compatible JW plugins (except in emulation) has held me back for now, which I suppose is silly

On October 9th, macOS Sonoma was updated and an issue has been discovered where the "Add Instrument" button in the Score Manger interface is non-responsive and unusable. It is hoped that a timely update can be provided to resolve this issue.
