I attach below 2 pictures to show you...

so I have 2 eighth rests left at the end, and on the original score they are not left...
 how can I make it like the original?

Without seeing the time signature of the measure in question, we do not have a lot to go on.

Have you tried just deleting the surplus rests?

Use the Note Position Tool (in Special Tools) and slide one over the other.

 

And just out of curiosity, why are you using layers 3 and 4?

You can let Music Spacing do it automatically:

 

Document menu > Document Options…

 

Go to

Document Options - Music Spacing

 

In the top pane (= Avoid Collision of), go to

Seconds

and click the radio button

Different Noteheads

- or the radio button

None

 

Also take a look at the pop up menu for

Manual Positioning

- the “safe” choice is the menu item

Clear

 

From now on, when Finale applies Music Spacing, the half note noteheads will go on top of each other.
