Hello everyone! I've been having an issue exporting graphics in Finale recently. After selecting the measure I want to export and clicking "Export Selection" in the Graphics Tool menu, the dialog box with the file resolution and options doesn't show up; it skips straight to the Save As dialog box in Windows Explorer. I was able to do it at first, but even before I updated it the function stopped working; now I've updated it but the issue still persists.

It's worth noting that I have had constant problems with crashes when starting up, changing tools, or closing while using this product on this computer.

Stats: Alienware R2 15 w/ Windows 10, Finale PrintMusic 2014a.v855

UPDATE: Opened my software 3 times in a row without crashes tonight, but the graphics tool issue remains. Hopefully the crashing issue is officially solved.

I thought to save a graphic one chose the graphics tool and then double-clicked and dragged to form a selection box arounf what you wanted to export.

That is correct, and that's also the process I follow. What I meant was that after doing all those things, THEN a dialog box is supposed to pop up where you have options like image resolution. However, it hasn't been showing up after the necessary steps.

One idea I would have is to reinstall or at least delete Finale.ini or whatever the settings type file is. What do you guys think?
