To open a support case, or contact MM regarding an issue, log in to the help centre. Once you have done so, scroll to the top of the page. You will see your username, and right next to it you will see "Submit a request"

Click on "Submit a request" and fill in the form.

I am trying to put in my score measure numbers at the bottom of each measure. I have followed the instructions and nothing happens. Please contact me and show me how to accomplish this. Also I want to put in each part, measure numbers at the beginning of each system. Again,nothing happens! MEDIC! HELP!
