Windows 10  Finale 2014.5.  I have spent the entire day trying to download the above listed items and I have succeeded apart from the last step which was to download the 'card' to drag into the appropriate place.  When I attempted to get into my account it said that either my username or email or password was wrong.  I have been using the same ones all day.  Now I am told that there is nothing I have bought and there is no account for anyone with my details.  Hence at present I cannot access the harp instruments that I have paid for.  I realise that this isn't quite the right place to post this but there seems to  be very little choice since there is no easily recognizable help for my problem.  Ideas please?!
