Windows 10.  Finale 2014.5

I have followed the online instructions yet again and still cannot seem to connect Instant Orchestra with Finale 2014.5  I haven't attempted following the online instructions for World Instruments and Harp since I assume I would achieve the same failure.  Help would be greatly appreciated.
