I have Finale 2014.5.6359 version on Windows 10 operating system.

I am trying to save music as mp3 but when I go to export/ audio file, the only option if wav. despite it saying wav/mp3.  this was after trying to save through  MIDI instead of VST. I have tried waving 'all files' but it still doesn't save to mp3.  Where am I going wrong?

Hi Pat

On the "Save as Audio File" dialogue, there should be two options under the words "Save as type"

"Standard Audio File" and "Compressed MP3 File"

Do you not see those options there?

PS. They will only be there if playback is set to MIDI
