 crash finale 25 from macos sierra while exporting to audio file

I have a similar problem.  It doesn't crash, but it gives me an error message and won't let me export.  I have the problem being worked on by Finale tech support.

That sometimes means you need to adjust your audio buffer under MIDI/Audio >Audio Setup.

 

It would help if you would tell us what computer operating system you use and what version of Finale.
