Creating Tablature for Lap Dulcimer with DAA Tuning

Windows 10 with Finale ver. 25

I'm pretty new with ver. 25. Installed Aug 29, 2016. My issue is creating tablature for a Lap Dulcimer with DAA tuning and 4 strings. I can't Drag or copy to the bottom strings which are the melody strings. I have followed the Finale Tablature Help but it is not working for me. I need the tabs on the bottom string.

I know some people hter have talked about adjusting TAB setups for different instruments.

Thanks. I'll Get signed in today and get this post in there. Looks like that is where I should have been. When I talked to Finale about authorization problems they told me to go to the forums for help and the only one I could find in Finale was this one.
