On Mac OS 10.9.4 / Finale 2014d.v5545 - When I use layers and two notes are just a half step apart, one will be displaced a bit horizontally, and if I decide to create a new staff for a layer with those notes, the horizontal displacement remains when it's not needed - and looks wrong. Is there any way to correct this other than using the tool box note placement tool on each displaced note individually?

In Windows, choosing the handle for displaced note(s) and pressing the Backspace key resets the note(s) to normal placement. Not sure what the corresponding key is on a Mac.

Thanks for that tip! The Mac "delete" key does the job. I was hoping for a global solution, but this will save a lot of time and look better.
