In the 25.1.0.182 build on 64-bit Windows 10.

If you are talking about the Play controls, it's easier to direct the player to play from the leftmost measure and then to use the Back-to-Page-1 button at the bottom left of the screen to reset.
The player positioning controls (pause/resume, rewind, etc.) haven't worked in the windows version in ages.
As in, the Playback Controls panel (Home, Rewind, Stop, Play, Pause, Fast Forward, End). Until this build, Home was working and was my easiest way to start from the beginning. Now I have to click on the measure number text box, drag to select all the text (because Ctrl-A doesn't work in that text box), and type 0, /then/ click play. Quite annoying.
Hi All,
I can confirm that this is something that broke in Finale v25.1 for Windows. I have reported this to our developers who are aware of the issue and will be working on a solution.
Right now, I'm afraid that I don't have the best workaround as far as workarounds go; however, if you click the End button, then the Home button, this will work. It presents the need for an extra click, which is certainly not ideal, but will prevent you from having to type in measure 1 manually each time you want to return to the beginning of your score.
Again, this has been reported to our developers and is queued up to be resolved in the future of Finale. Thank you for your posts!
