In the latest blog Finales new option of transposing instruments is shown. But, entering with a midi keyboard, the sound is disturbing: the pitch I play AND the transposed pitch as well. Is there an option to get rid of this?

Display in concert pitch while you enter (in concert pitch)?

That works better if you are composing than if you are entering an already transposed score.

Good idea, but sometimes I have to digitize an existing score with transposed instruments.... To avoid mistakes I rather enter the notes as they are written... The only thing I can do is put the level of my midi down to zero....

Usually when working in a program like this -

i turn 'local off' on my controller.
