I am using Finale 25 on Windows 7 (in a VM). Page size is set to A4 and units to cm, however in the File -> (Printer) Page Setup Dialog, the margins are set to 1 and the units are inches. These are greyed out and cannot be altered.

When I print a page a 1 inch margin is applied as the left margin and the music doesn't fit on the page. The right hand is off the page.

How do I change these Printer margins?
