I have just factory reset my computer, and on the previous 'version' of the computer I had Finale SongWriter 2012 authorised. However, now that I have factory reset my computer, I no longer have access to my old programs. When I tried to authorise SongWriter on the reset computer, unfortunately, it denied my request saying that there was another authorisation already in place. I can't log into MakeMusic, because I have forgotten my password, and when I click "Forgot your password?", and I enter my username (swinnertonmusic) it says there is no email address associated to the account. I am putting this request forward on a new account that I have just made, and I really need SongWriter quite urgently. Can someone help?!

I think you will need to use the "Submit a request" button at the top of this page.

I have tried that but I have had no reply, I asked around a week ago so I brought it to the community.

Sorry about that. I have found MakeMusic's help staff to be kind, but the response time is not as quick as I would like. Often several days. If it's been a week, I don't know what to say. Is there a phone number to call?
