Bought GPO V1 MANY years ago and am trying to upgrade to the newest version (I kinda' got sidetracked) but when I key in my serial # it says it's no valid.  I'm using the serial # that's inside the manual on the sticker on the inside cover.

Original bought in 2004

You should call MakeMusic since your original 2004 purchase may not be listed in their My Account page.
