1. Downloaded the update when requested using Google Chrome but did not install as there was no prompt to Save.  A few weeks later tried to Print and could not. Help!

2. Downloaded update using Internet Explorer (IE) was prompted to Save and did so.  Extract All Files did not compete successfully but it did download.  Now when I press Open none of my arrangements and other music is there just a blank.  I have spent years on those arrangements now I can only find one if I remember its exact name. There are so many and lots of other music. Nearly sure I cannot Print and have tried to Authorise but have not been able. Please Help.
