I own a Finale 2011. I updated my Windows and, for some reason, I'm unable to proceed the authorization. My Finale is original, and when I try putting on the Serial Number it doesn't accept. Could I have some help? What should I do?
Try calling MakeMusic directly. Although they do not still support 2011, they may be able to help you find your serial number or authorize it.
