Hello, I've installed Finale 27.4.1.110 and am notating rock drum beats. My finale gets off track from the music I'm trying to notate after 3 or 7 bars.

Steps

Insert a Tempo Mark, using expression toolbar button, mf.

type in 119.3 for name then click Playback TAB, and type in 119.3. come back, to edit this field, and Playback will only have 119.

Questions
1. Could I get some kind of a confirmation that Finale does not permit 119.3 or 128.7 decimal values with decimals into Tempo Marks?

Why doing this
a. https://makemusic.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/18964691303447-Matching-Finale-Tempo-to-an-Imported-Audio-Track-Tempo-the-need-for-tenths-hundredths-of-BPM-eg-98-04-bpm - I also have a little memory that Finale did accept decimal values for one particular song a few years ago I worked on.
b. to make polishing finer notation details, 8th, 16th notes, triplets, easier, and hear and confirm notation precisely based on another recording/mp3/wav/youtube song.
c. I do not expect to sync up an entire song, but syncing by entering to Finale 128.7 BPM tempo mark for 10 and maybe 20 bars of music is my goal. To hear 10 to 20 bars in a flowing way, to keep beat#1 on the same beat for 20 bars would be Fabulous! Perhaps I picked a strange song to notate that was recorded by humans.
d. create better backing tracks faster for fun.

Background
Finale seems to work better for me than notating drums into a MIDI software editor. I can copy and paste blocks and patters and nudge notes from any down beat in a measure, I think, more easily and precisely. Because Finale has this auto-snap-notes to a measure kind of process. And seeing patterns and choruses and verses of a song in Finale seems easier (CTRL E) than midi blocks in a grid, zero chance of nudging a midi/note out of order, or perhaps I just remain with what software I have. Question 2, Perhaps I should also ask, is there a known software for notating percussion that might do this, or that partners with Finale?

one other idea, I suggest lots of help voting for this, because enhancing Finale Tempo Markers may be a simple change, integer to float change. But that is just from a software coding perspective! Best wishes.

Another note, it might appear there are only 2 songs where I've needed this, not so. There are more, but unfortunately not tons of songs. But, This is also about making the best backing track out there, one that lasts a while on youtube for example, and has many return visitors for fun playback backing track jamming. And everybody has that one song they want to sing to and perfect and jam along to, so there could be more songs.

1. It's one song, in this case, but working on it for 2+ months, and it's a Math rock, complex flagship song that every body knows, that represents a big part of the Math Rock genre.

2. accurate MIDI files for other integrations.
