In previous versions, moving notes around was simple, and chords moved with them. In Windows Finale 2014.5. the "note position" tool does not work. You click on the tool, click on a measure, and nothing happens. Is this a bug?
     By the way, why is a function as fundamental to music publishing such as being able to re-position notes 4 levels down? (TOOLS / ADVANCED TOOLS / SPECIAL TOOLS / NOTE POSITION) And why do the chords no longer move with the notes, as before?
