I'm having a problem changing the size and font of measure numbers in merged parts that begin with multimeasure rests.  When I change the font/size through the Edit Measure Numbers under Document, the multimeasure rests revert to single measures, which I can't change back to multimeasure rests.  Any ideas?

I would check the Range of Measures in the bar number assignment panel, especially if you have merged documents.

Thanks, I already double checked that.  What's really odd is that when the multimeasure rest reverts to single measures (2 in this case) they both show a time signature.  I think things must have changed over the years: I've used score merger for decades with Finale 2000.  Easy as pie, with no complications!
