I am on Windows 10 with Finale 25.5.

My score includes a staff, which in score manager reads:

Instrument: Wood Blocks

Device: Garritan Instruments

Sound: Temple Blocks

Whether I use pp, p, mp dynamic markings, or set the Studio View Slider to zero (far left), or go into VST Banks & Effects for this and set the Convolution and/or Ambiance levels to zero or Mixer levels to zero... the woodblock sound does not respond -it is really, really loud.

The score is a concert band score and none of the other instruments are having this issue.

Any suggestions?
