Hi I bought CFX Lite today and found a bug. I will just paste my post from another forum but you'll get the point:

I managed to isolate and reproduce easily the bug I described earlier. It has something to do with the undamped notes that start from G6 to C8. If you play those notes they are not damped and that's OK. This is pretty normal. Anyway, listen to their sound. Now play those notes with sustain pedal on. You'll hear much richer resonance, which is still OK. However when you release the sustain pedal the richer all-string resonance continues and that's wrong.

What's weird is that undamped notes start from G6 but there's no bug for G6. The bug starts from G#6, i.e. a semitone above.

Anyway, I guess this is a wrong programming or something. Somebody probably thought "these are undamped notes, so sustain pedal doesn't affect them" but he forgot that they affect the strings below and forgot to mute the damper resonance samples of those notes.

Please, try it with the original version of CFX and let me know if you can reproduce it. I am using the absolutely default sound: 01_Full 00_default

P.S. I know exactly what the bug is:
For every key they sampled sustain up and sustain down samples. For those higher undamped strings they still sampled sustain up and down samples because sustain down is richer (all strings below excited). But since those are undamped strings, the algorithm never mutes those samples and in the case when those are sustain down samples, it keeps playing the whole sample as though the sustain is kept pressed whereas it is not
