In Finale 25, is there a way to quickly modify the keystroke map? In my previous version, I had ties mapped to numberpad 0, as it was way faster than jumping to the equal sign. I see that I can make the change in Simple Entry, but I use Speedy entry, entering notes via MIDI keyboard and durations on the numberpad.

I saw the thread about messing with the .INI file, but that doesn't give any indication on how to change one item.

Thanks!

In past iterations of Finale I could position the cursor at the point at which I wanted a note to be added to a chord, then press enter. The note appeared. Not so with Fin 14. I read one comment about this. The person advised that the Mac "insert" had to be used. I am new to Mac and don't know what the "insert" key is called on the Mac keyboard. I think the problem here is also related to the fact that I can't change the value of a note using that same process (which I was able to do before). I am finding the Mac Finale so very difficult. It is completely un-user-friendly for me.
