I need to split a measure for a class assignment and the plug-in does not want to let me.  It give me a message that this plug-in can only split a measure that has at least two beats.  I am working on a score that is in 3/8 time. The measure that I need to split has a quarter note and an eighth note.  The split needs to be between the two notes and a double bar inserted as well as a key change made.  Any suggestions as to how to work around this.  I am using Finale 25.1 on a mac OS 10.12 Sierra.
