Windows 11 and Finale V27 incompatible.

If i hear the same old fixes over and over again, i'll pull my hair out and eat it.  And record it for prosperity.  i have modified every ini file associated with this. Disabled every possible sound program and that didn't help.  Reformatted an old computer and downloaded finale with no progress.  Even the technician (who was professional and patient) was not able to resolve the issue.  my searched online indicate that this issue showed up during an upgrade to windows 10.  There should have been enough time to resolve this issue.  Can anyone give me something new to try?
