This is unbelievable.  I just PAID for an update to version 27 in order to add NotePerformer for my sound library.

AND added insult to injury I will have to change to WHAT?  Let's see, a problematic platform that I've had to navigate for decades; countless updates that fix a few things and ignore tons of other issues; and now abandon Finale for your new software you say will have a steep learning curve and, considering the myriad of issues for year and years with Finale, I will probably be plagued with brand new issues in a new software program with this steep learning curve.  Like I have all the time in the world to do this shit.  So I should switch?  You must be batshit crazy.  I'll use Finale till I can't use it anymore because of no support and then switch to another company.  You really must be out to lunch and not in touch with your PAYING consumers.  Good-bye!

This may turn out to be the straw that pushed me to consider MuseScore - to which my sister is a committed fan.  I've been a Finale user for years.  Maybe MuseScore is worth the cost (...it's free, lol...), and I'll realize this in time, but a huge learning curve for the Finale move is very significant!  More time to know about and adjust to the move would have been a MUST ... who's running this thing?

I feel your pain, Robert.
