You will probably get different answers from different users.

I, too, use the JW plug-ins and the TG Tools plug-ins.

I also use the Patterson plug-ins.

Some other plug-ins I use frequently:

Plug-ins menu > Measures > … (all the plug-ins except the Number Repeated Measures plug-in; I have my own expression library for numbering repeated measures)

Plug-ins menu > Note, Beam, and Rest Editing > {Change to Default Whole Rests}; {Change to Real Whole Rests}; {Move Rests…}; {Resize Noteheads…}

Plug-ins menu > Scoring and Arranging > {Canonic Utilities…}; {Global Staff Attributes…}

I meant plugins not included in Fin27...

My top plugin is Perfect Layout. If you don’t have it buy it today before you can’t. PL make a lot of other plugins unnecessary. Had Finale done what PL does out of the box it probably would still be with us.

There are more JW plug-ins than the eight included n 27. All are free.
