Win 11, Fin 26, JABB3, laptop

This might be Finale, but I've put it under the Garritan heading.

Has anyone ever seen something like this?  I discovered it when my Garritan JABB3 playback sucked.  "Why are the trumpets falling out?"  Tried adjusting HP (forever), but it was MIDI key velocities which I missed b/c I didn't scroll through the key velocity screens slowly enough to check every single keystroke event.  

The problem is in Measure 15, first beat, first and second 8th notes.  Key Velocity is zero, which I didn't do.  The Db and Cb are clearly already entered, but didn't "register" (?) or whatever.  (The Ab is about 120, for reference.)

I've corrected the ones I've found up to this measure simply by manually entering the Key Velocities I want, but I don't know how many more there are.

Tune is already done, so adding up excess MIDI info is probably not a problem, however, it can add up, and there may be more of these problems in the rest of the chart.  (I'll try to remember to post an update depending on how it goes.)

Common bug?  Other fixes?
