I have Garritan Steinway which I have had since it was released and use it with Sibelius 6.2. It is installed on my 2011 PC which stays offline. Something seems to have been corrupted recently and now Steinway doesn't function.

Playback Devices still has the configuration Steinway as Active Device with Type Aria and Sound Set (none). The .dll file is still in Disk C>Program Files>Garritan>Steinway>VST.

When I open a Steinway Sibelius File and open Steinway on the desktop it does not light up and doesn't sound when I play the file. Something is wrong somewhere but I don't know what.

Advice please.
