This is my new Windows 11 Desktop running Finale 27. Every time I open a Finale file to play it back, I have to go into settings and set my Audio Setup back to Direct Sound. This setting returns back to ASIO as soon as you close the Finale File and open it back up. If you push, PLAY, nothing happens, and the green cursor will not move and no playback. As soon as I go into the Audio Setup, adjust back to Direct Sound with ENABLED, checked, playback will work. I have been a Finale uses since around 1998, and this has never happened on my other computers.

What do I need to reset? It happens with any Finale File I choose to open.

I am using the built-in sound card which is on the motherboard of this new computer.

I really appreciate those of you who are still sticking around and helping us still using Finale. Yes, I do have Dorico on this new computer, also.
