Windows 10 Enterprise, 64 bit. Latest version of Finale. Dell Latitude laptop.

This "flat problem" just started happening today:

When entering chords, I enter (for example) Eb but it comes out E-. If I enter E- I get a pop up saying "no such suffix found."

It only does this in one file (one packet) of Finale charts on the computer. My other files (packets) of Finale charts on this computer work well.

Huh??

Aha! I found the fix 20 minutes later.

Go to Document menu, go to Document Options, go to Chords, go to Music Characters and in that menu go to Flat option (or natural or sharp or...your choice), go to Select and find the character you wish it to be and click on it, click Select and click OK. Your Chord suffix font should be working better now.
