This version of Windows 10 is version 1709 of the cumulative update on this computer. I've attempted several times on three different computers, including the one I'm on now, to install Finale NotePad 2012, the free version, and it doesn't open. The message I get is "This version of 'Finale NotePad.exe' has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you wish to uninstall this shortcut?" and I have uninstalled it. However, after admin access, it actually doesn't uninstall and creates a time loop where I could continually repeat the same process of attempting to open, attempting to uninstall, and failing to uninstall it completely, leading me back to square 1. This most recently happened after I installed it today, tried to open it, and viewed the message mentioned above. I would appreciate some help and clarification on this unfortunately frustrating matter. I loved Finale when it worked, but it doesn't work....yet.
