Finale 2012, JABB3, Windows 10

  I'm doing a record copy of a pop song.  Before I go through and tune every instrument several cents flat (to match the recording) in the Aria Player, is there a single, global tuning adjustment I can make?  The German, French, Baroque, etc. tunings on the Settings tab don't have the exact pitch I need.  Are they adjustable there?
