Hello,

I just bought a GPO 5 license. I've installed the program without any problem. Everything is brand new.

I've generated my activation keycard online, then downloaded and activated my new product. When i close the software (standalone ARIA Player), and try to start it again, a message pops up saying that my copy of Garritan ARIA Player is not activated and that the product will be silent in 4 minutes. Any change i have done to the settings its also lost which is embarrasing.

 

I am using windows 10.

Any solution?

The message is asking you if you want to download the activation keycard. Have you done that? The keycard is necessary for activation.

Yes, i have explained my case in my last message.

I have generated my activation keycard and saved it to my desktop. Then dragged it into the software which pops the first message, when i close the software and restart it then the second message appears again. I have tried this a few times with no success.

I'm having the exact same problem with my recent installation of Jazz and Big Band in MacOS X.  I downloaded the keycard.  Successfully activated.  But each time I open the plugin it say i need to activate.   Rinse and repeat.

Jon, did you ever find a solution?

First, if you have a previous version of ARIA Player, please uninstall it.
Then, install the latest version of ARIA Player.
Next, drag and drop the file C:\Program Files\Garritan\ARIA Player\ARIA Player_license.png 
into ARIA Player to renew the license.
