If I have understood you correctly, then check:

Document>Page Format>Parts and adjust "Distance Between Systems" and/or system margins. You would need to "Redefine" pages using the "Page Layout" tool after.

I do not have "Page Format", etc. under my "Document" tab.

Perhaps Printmusic does not have that option.

It would help if you would always say what program you are using and what operating system (as requested in the forum guidelines)so we could help you better.

One way would be to put the info in your My Profile > Signature, accessible via the pull-down menu beneath your name at the very top right of the screen. Most fields are pre-loaded, but you can put this info in the Description box as others have done, and it will show up on each of your posts.

I strongly suggest you add this information to your Profile Signature so you don't have to re-enter it each time you have a question.

Is there an alternate method to use for the staff-spacing issue besides the one you suggested?  It seems PrintMusic does not have that capability.

Not sure in PrintMusic. I hope Mike Rosen will chip in, since he knows PM far better than most.
