Finale 2014.5 Windows 7

A file that was working just fine has stopped producing sound. I exported it as an Audio File, but neither that file nor the document itself produces any sound. All my other Finale documents are fine. I've searched the document as best I can: there doesn't seem to be anything in any of the MIDI options or in the Score manager.
