Each time I set up a score in Finale (version 25.2.0.92) it appears that the first channel on the synthesizer that's connected to it (an antique Yamaha CS1X) is silenced. The display on my synth reads that the Bank is in "off'-position. When I change the setting on my synth to Bank nr. 1, the channel works, but goes silent again as soon as I use the playback function in Finale. Oddly enough this problem doesn't arise in other channels. I already resetted the synth in the factory mode, checked all the midi-settings in Finale, but so far it doesn't make any sense to me. The only thing I can think of is that the synth receives a signal from Finale which tells it to shut down channel one. That's the only thing I can make of it.
