Hi everyone, I get the feeling I'm asking a dumb question, so forgive me in advance.I am beginning to fiddle with my Garritan CFX as far as setting MIDI learn, etc. Windows 10 Cubase 8

My problem is that some of the factory assigned CC control numbers aren't shown in my Note Expression/Editor; my CCs only go up to 127!

Can I add, say, a CC #259 and how? I'm super grateful for any help. 

I super hope you can help me understand this: please see under "Advanced Controls". Am I missing something? I really need the help, thanks in advance.
