I'm using Finale v25.5.0.259 on macOS 10.13.6, but this issue has gone back a few versions. When I am using Finale in full-screen mode, switch to another window, then switch back to Finale, the vertical position of just about everything is off. Cursor images, handles, basically anything onscreen that can move or animate such as slurs as I draw them (they jump to their correct spot when I release the mouse button). However, once I scroll vertically everything jumps back to normal. I have to do this every time I leave the window. Pretty easy to replicate:

1. Put Finale in full-screen.

2. Enter a mode which displays handles and/or the Simple Entry cursor.

3. Move to another window/app (Control-left/right arrow) then move back to Finale.

4. Without scrolling vertically, try to select handles, enter notes in the correct octave, etc.

5. Scroll vertically and everything will jump back into place.

Is there a way to fix this? I wanted to make sure this was out there before the new version releases with the same issue.

Hi Benjamin,

This is an interesting issue indeed, however, I am not able to replicate it on my end. You should get in touch with us directly via the Submit A Request button above. That way we can look further into this to see if we can find out what is happening here.
